About Me
I do what I do because I love food, I'm addicted to moving and I am completely fascinated by the body.
I have a B.S. in Sports and Exercise Sciences, a Diploma in Personal Training, Pilates, and Clinical Weight Loss Coaching, a Certificate in Nutrition and a Level 1 IUKL Kettlebell Coaching Qualification. These qualifications inform everything I do, from designing programs and assigning calories, to understanding a client's needs and how best to help them to achieve their goals.
I spent a huge part of my life hating my body, using exercise as a punishment and food as a comfort. Changing that wasn't easy but it was possible. Today my food fuels me and makes me happy. Meanwhile, training has become part of my lifestyle.
My goal is to help each and every one of my clients reach their goals, over the long term and the short term. I will guide and teach each client with a focus on living a healthier, happier life, that includes all their favourite foods and activities
